Booked my rover in last week for an MOT and annual service. I dropped my car off and was greeted by a very charming young gentleman who also offered to run me back home since it was raining outside. I had phone calls throughout the day for updates on my rovers progress and to ask me for authorization to fit any more parts that it needed then to arrange for me to come and collect it. I must say what a kind bunch of staff they have there and the lady behind reception is very welcoming. I was a new customer to them i will and can highly recommend anyone to use them for all there cars needs
